Our Parent Policy
We feel that the health, safety, and business relationship with your son or daughter is
extremely important.
- As a parent, you are welcome to view the apartment and we will do our best to answer any
questions. The lease, policies and procedures can be viewed online at www.sommer-rentals.com.
- Since nearly all of our interactions will be with the resident living in the apartment,
we view your sons and daughters as adults, and will therefore negotiate and sign the lease
with them. We do not require a co-signer.
