We advertise our Rental Homes as CLEAN and QUIET and we look for people who will maintain that atmosphere. We expect our residents to maintain the apartment in the condition it was when they moved in. It is our policy that our residents spend no more than one-third their income on housing, and we expect rent to be paid on time.

Our advertised rent is for up to three people in an apartment at the Wilshire Woods Apartments, with an additional $50 charge for the fourth person.
